I felt such a lightbulb switch on after watching Andy's livestream of his note-taking & writing practice.

It made me realise he wasn't optimising for processing notes, he was simply creating a time & space to think about ideas.

I've adopted the same writing practice for the last 8 months and it has been amazing for my creativity
